As I got to interview Jacquline Webb in our Fashion Journalism class on Tuesday night at 6:30pm, I chose to ask her some questions about what her personal style is and what her favorite piece was that she was wearing from that day. Starting off, Jackie is currently a 22 year old student at Thomas Jefferson University, studying Fashion Merchandising and Management. As I was approaching the interview questions, I first asked what her opinion was of her own personal style. Jackie believes that she has so many different styles, but it all depends on where the day was taking her. “I would say pretty edgy sometimes” she says about her daily looks “but I can be different depending on if I go out to the bars or not.” Jackie likes to rock a crop top and jeans during a night out with her friends on the weekends “but to class I always wear leggings.” I then proceeded to ask Jackie what we favorite article of clothing was that she was currently wearing. “My Filas for sure” Jackie says with totally enthusiasm “they are super comfy but trendy at the same time which I love.” She then proceeded to tell me that she would never wear them to the gym, but “I can wear them with athleisure, or I can wear them with a cool edgy outfit, they are so versatile!” Towards the end of my interview with Jackie, my last question to her was where she found inspiration for all her idea choices. “I feel like I go onto Pinterest” she said without even thinking “but before I go out to the town with my friends “I go onto my friend Kasie’s Instagram and check her feed grab inspiration from her cool daily looks.” Jackie was a blast to interview and I am excited to got to know so much about her and her fashion sense!
